In 2026, it is projected that people ages 65 to 74 will makeup 30.2% of our population, up from 26.8% in 2016 and 17.5% in 1996, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This growth will naturally increase the number of workers eligible for state and federal benefits.
Each employee approaching 65 will be contacted and given the opportunity to schedule a consultation with a benefit counselor. The counselor will provide the basics of Medicare, important deadlines and answer their specific questions related to their eligibility and enrollment.
Ongoing support allows employees to schedule a consultation when the time is right for them. Each person's situation is different. We are here to help educate about Medicare when the time is right.
